Foraging Workshop

An informative, engaging and highly enjoyable workshop with Tara from Wild Sióg. Today I’m attempting to make my own balm salve with Daisies which reduce inflammation and Plantain salve a natural antihistamine. Then I’m going to chop some hawthorn leaves to put in a salad. Apparently hawthorn protects against heart disease ad helps reduce blood pressure.
