SAGE HONEY
Valued for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, Sage has been used since ancient times for health purposes. Our Sage honey is created by infusing honey with fresh sage leaves from our herb garden. This honey is ideal for soothing sore throats and helping to relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Crystalisation is a natural process of raw honey and a sign of its pureness. To clear, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes.
Raw honey is not recommended for infants under the age of one.
