IRISH HONEY

Our native bees forage on Spring and Summer blossoms to produce a honey that is a light golden colour with a sweet floral taste. Our honey is 100% pure and is not mixed or blended with other honeys. SAGE HONEY

Valued for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, Sage has been used since ancient times for health purposes. Our Sage honey is created by infusing honey with fresh sage leaves from our herb garden. This honey is ideal for soothing sore throats and helping to relieve cold and flu symptoms.

The jars, lids and packaging used in this gift set can be reused and recycled.

Crystallization is a natural property of raw honey. To clear place in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes and stir.

Raw honey is not recommended for infants under 12 months.
